AURA Club Information

Arkansas Ultra Running
Association

The AURA is a member club of the
Road Runners Club of America
and is dedicated to promoting ultra and trail
running in and around the state of Arkansas.

Basic yearly membership is $12 and renews on
January 1st. If you sign up now, your membership
will expire on December 31st, 2024. You can check

The AURA began in 1989 and officially joined RRCA in 2001. See history
The club organizes and directs the following paid races:

Club members also direct a number of free races and fun runs throughout the year.
AURA administers an annual Ultra Trail Series (UTS), (the AURA year begins on July 1st). The UTS is a system for awarding and tracking points earned through the completion of designated AURA races and fun runs. Winners receive trophies at the end of the series in June.
Members receive a newsletter roughly once a month. Please send your race reports or articles for the newsletter to Laura Babbitt.
The club has a men's & women's RRCA Grand Prix Team.
The AURA is a non-profit organization.
